WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY COMPETITION SUIT?
Get started early. We recommend ordering your suit at least 2-3 months ahead from your show. Your suit will be due closer to your show date and we will contact you for final measurements.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY COMPETITION SUIT?
We have a 3-4 week turnaround time. We offer rush options.
2 week rush $50 AND $80 1 week rush

We have a 1-2 week turnaround time
I JUST STARTED PREP, WHAT SIZE TOP DO I GET AND WHAT ABOUT MY MEASUREMENTS?

Your suit will be due 2-3 weeks before your show date. On your suit due date, we will email you, asking for your final measurements. We will sew your suit to your size and then ship it to you within 1-2 business days.
HOW DO I GET MY SUIT ADJUSTED?
We offer free suit adjustments for competition suits. Adjustments include
Hip adjustment- let out or take in
Ruched bottom back- Let out or scrunched more.
Underbust strap length adjustment
You will be responsible for any shipping fees.

CAN I CHANGE OUT MY CONNECTORS?
Yes, there is a fee and shipping cost. Please see adjustment page to purchase your new connectors
HOW DO I GET MY SUIT ALTERED?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. There will be a alteration fee and shipping cost.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Within 5-7 business days, you will receive a email with your suit due date. On your suit due date, we will contact you for final measurements or you can email us first. Once we receive your measurements, your suit will be shipped out within 1-2 business days with the tracking number.
For all non custom competition suit orders, you will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use USPS to ship all orders in the US
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at email@example.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.
MY PACKAGE IS HELD UP OR NOT MOVING?
Contact you Local USPS directly they will have better information for you. There have been delays due to Covid and Holidays. If you see it's held up somewhere give it time to see if your package shows up before contacting your carrier.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.
RAH Competition is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier USPS. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
Custom competition suits are insured, please check with carrier.
